Project Overview

Concord Consult Limited has been appointed to provide MEP Project Management services for a new delivery station warehouse facility located in Mill Hill, London. This self-developed logistics site forms part of a strategic expansion of last-mile distribution infrastructure, supporting efficient delivery operations within Greater London and surrounding areas.

The 60,000 sq. ft. facility has been designed to accommodate high-throughput parcel handling and distribution activities, requiring reliable and efficient mechanical, electrical, and public health systems to ensure operational continuity and performance.

Our Role

Concord Consult Limited is responsible for providing independent technical oversight and project management of all MEP services associated with the development. Our role focuses on ensuring that the installation, coordination, and commissioning of MEP systems are delivered in accordance with programme requirements, technical standards, and operational objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing MEP designs and technical submissions to ensure compliance and suitability

• Providing site-wide technical assurance and monitoring installation progress

• Supporting coordination between the design team, contractor, and specialist subcontractors

• Identifying and managing technical risks related to MEP delivery

• Monitoring quality standards throughout installation and commissioning phases

• Supporting the project team to achieve successful and compliant project delivery
