Project Overview

Concord Consult Limited has been appointed as Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor and MEP Consultant on the proposed Environmental Services Depot at Welham Lane, Great Bowden.

The scheme, currently progressing through public consultation with Harborough District Council, will deliver a new, future-proofed operational depot to support the Council’s waste and recycling services.

The development includes the provision of modern office and welfare facilities, together with vehicle parking, storage and maintenance areas, forming a sustainable operational base for essential environmental services. The scheme is designed to enhance service delivery while aligning with the Council’s wider environmental and sustainability objectives.

Our Role

Concord Consult Limited has been appointed to deliver integrated Project Management, Quantity Surveying and MEP consultancy services, supporting the scheme from early-stage consultation through to planning, design development and delivery.

Our responsibilities include:

• Providing overall project leadership and coordination
• Delivering cost planning, budgeting and financial management
• Managing programme strategy and project risk
• Providing MEP compliance, design review and technical oversight
• Supporting the planning process and stakeholder engagement
• Ensuring alignment between cost, programme and technical delivery
• Coordinating the wider consultant team
