📢 New Appointment | Project & Cost Management

Concord Consult is pleased to announce our appointment as Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor across a portfolio of seven operational sites throughout the UK, delivering upgrade and refurbishment works to existing industrial and logistics buildings on behalf of a leading client.

The programme involves the coordination and delivery of phased improvement works within live operational environments, requiring careful management of programme, cost, logistics and stakeholder interfaces to minimise disruption whilst maintaining operational continuity.

Our role includes:

📐 Project Management across all seven sites
💰 Cost management and commercial control throughout delivery
📊 Programme coordination and phased works management
⚙️ Management of refurbishment and upgrade works to existing assets
🏗️ Contractor coordination and stakeholder management
🛡️ Risk, compliance and change management across live operational facilities
📈 Reporting, governance and delivery assurance at portfolio level

Working within existing operational buildings requires a proactive and hands-on approach — balancing programme, cost and operational requirements whilst driving consistency and quality across multiple locations simultaneously.

This appointment further strengthens Concord Consult’s growing presence within the industrial & logistics sector, continuing to deliver integrated project and cost management solutions across complex live environments throughout the UK.
