This DPS offers ENP members and licensees access to a broad range of professional consultant services to support social housing projects, private domestic properties, public sector and commercial buildings, and specialist areas such as renewable energy. Our inclusion on this scheme means ENP members can appoint us for construction consultancy assignments across the UK.
The Efficiency North Construction Consultancy DPS is structured around multiple lots covering key disciplines. These include Employers Agent and Project Management services, Quantity Surveying and Cost Management, Architectural services, Mechanical & Electrical engineering, Structural engineering, Building surveying, Principal Designer roles under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations and the Building Safety Act, Clerk of Works and site supervision, Party Wall surveying, Stock Condition surveying, Fire Safety and Fire Risk assessment, Retrofit Assessor and Coordinator services, Lifts and Stairlifts consultancy, and multi‑disciplinary consultancy covering more than one discipline. By using a dynamic purchasing system rather than a closed framework, Efficiency North can accept new suppliers throughout the DPS’s term, ensuring ongoing competition and access to the latest expertise.
Through this DPS Concord Consult Limited delivers integrated consultancy across the full project lifecycle. We act as Employer’s Agent or Project Manager, manage budgets and cost plans, provide architectural and engineering design solutions, carry out building and stock condition surveys, oversee compliance with CDM and building safety regulations, coordinate fire risk and retrofit assessments, and manage specialist lift and stairlift projects. Our multidisciplinary team enables clients to procure a single service or a combination of disciplines under the multi‑disciplinary lot, ensuring coordinated and efficient delivery.
