Andrew Reynolds is Founder and Director of Concord Consult Limited with over 19 years’ experience in the construction and infrastructure sectors. Beginning his career as a Quantity Surveyor, Andrew has developed extensive expertise in cost management, procurement, contract administration and commercial strategy across a wide range of procurement routes and complex developments.

Andrew is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and Chartered Civil Engineering Surveyor (CCES), as well as a Member of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (MCInstCES). He is also an NEC Registered Project Manager and RICS Registered Quantum Expert, bringing both commercial and technical leadership to major projects.

Since establishing Concord Consult, Andrew has increasingly operated in a dual capacity delivering both Quantity Surveying and Project Management services, frequently acting as Project Director on major industrial and logistics developments. Since starting the business has managed delivery in excess of 5 million sq.ft of industrial and logistics space.

Julian Bradshaw is Technical Director at Concord Consult Limited with over 30 years’ experience delivering complex construction projects across the UK and Europe. Julian provides senior leadership on major industrial and logistics developments, overseeing project strategy, programme delivery, risk management and stakeholder coordination from concept through to completion.

Prior to joining Concord Consult, Julian held senior roles with leading contractors and developers including ISG, Buckingham Group and TSL, where he delivered a number of large-scale industrial and logistics schemes across the UK. His experience spans projects exceeding £100m, managing multidisciplinary teams and complex programmes to ensure successful delivery.

Julian brings extensive contractor-side delivery experience to Concord Consult, providing technical leadership and strategic oversight on major industrial and logistics projects to support successful client outcomes.

Tom Parr is Associate Director – MEP at Concord Consult Limited, specialising in MEP compliance, commissioning management and technical assurance on major developments. Tom provides specialist oversight of building services design, installation and commissioning, ensuring MEP systems are delivered in accordance with design intent, statutory requirements and client operational standards.

Tom has extensive experience supporting large-scale industrial and logistics developments, working closely with contractors, designers and specialist subcontractors to coordinate design reviews, monitor installation quality and verify commissioning performance through to handover.

Tom brings both contractor-side and consultancy experience across MEP design coordination, compliance monitoring and commissioning verification, supporting successful delivery of complex industrial and logistics facilities.
