Concord Consult Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Joseph Allen as Quantity Surveyor, further strengthening our cost management capability.

This appointment reflects Concord Consult Limited’s continued growth and commitment to expanding its multidisciplinary consultancy services, particularly within the industrial and logistics sector.

Joe brings over seven years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, having previously worked with TSA Riley and KAM Project Consultants, where he was involved in the delivery of a number of large-scale industrial and logistics schemes. This includes projects for leading developers such as Panattoni and Equation Properties, providing him with strong sector-specific experience and commercial insight.

His experience spans projects from feasibility through to final account, across both Traditional and Design & Build procurement routes, with a strong grounding in cost management, contract administration, change control and financial reporting.

Joe’s appointment enhances Concord Consult Limited’s ability to provide robust, proactive commercial managementacross all stages of the project lifecycle. His approach aligns with our commitment to delivering clarity, certainty and value for our clients.

This addition further strengthens our Quantity Surveying team, supporting our continued growth and ensuring we continue to deliver high-quality, integrated consultancy services across the UK.
