Concord Consult Limited Welcomes New Associate

🚀 We’re delighted to welcome William Sherwood to Concord Consult as an Associate (MEP).

Will joins us from TSL, where he has most recently been engaged as an M&E Design Manager on a c.2 million sq. ft Advanced Robotics Systems (ARS) facility for one of our key clients — bringing genuine, in-house experience of delivering complex, services-led buildings at scale.

⚙️ The reality is this: industrial & logistics buildings — particularly within e-commerce — are no longer simple base-builds.

They are highly serviced, automation-led environments, where MEP systems, fit-out and integration now define success across cost, programme and operational performance.

At Concord Consult Limited, our core Project Management and Quantity Surveying services remain fundamental. However, what is increasingly setting us apart is how these are fully integrated with our evolving in-house MEP compliance, design shadow and MEP Project Management capability.

🔍 In practice, that means:
⚠️ Tracking building services in real time against cost and programme
⚠️ Applying in-house design management and complex fit-out expertise
⚠️ Identifying coordination risks, clashes and sequencing issues early
⚠️ Aligning building design, automation strategy and commercial decisions from the outset
⚠️ Delivering MEP Project Management, Compliance and Shadow alongside our core PM & QS services

📈 What we’re seeing is clear — clients are increasingly bringing the right expertise into projects earlier, recognising the direct link between technical understanding and operational performance, resilience and long-term asset value.

📈 Getting the fundamentals right — design coordination, services integration, cost alignment and programme strategy — is what ultimately drives successful outcomes on these schemes, and increasingly where we are able to provide greater insight, challenge and value.

🔧 This is a deliberate area of growth for the business, with Will joining and strengthening the team alongside Tom Parr.
