Concord Consult Limited Welcomes New Technical Director

Concord Consult Limited is delighted to announce the appointment of Julian Bradshaw as Technical Director, further strengthening our senior leadership team and expanding our capability to deliver complex, high-value construction and consultancy projects.

Julian brings over 30 years of experience across the construction, consultancy, and project delivery sectors, with a proven track record of leading major programmes from concept through to completion. He has successfully delivered projects across industrial, logistics, pharmaceutical, infrastructure, residential, and retail sectors, with individual project values exceeding £100 million.

Throughout his career, Julian has held senior leadership positions including Project Director, Construction Director, and Associate with leading organisations such as ISG Plc, TSL Projects, and BCGL. His expertise spans strategic project leadership, governance, programme and cost management, stakeholder engagement, and the successful coordination of multidisciplinary teams.

Julian has delivered major projects for globally recognised clients and developments including Amazon logistics facilities, DP World London Gateway, pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, and numerous large-scale retail and infrastructure schemes. His experience in delivering technically complex and high-value projects will play a key role in supporting Concord Consult Limited’s continued growth and commitment to excellence.

As Technical Director, Julian will provide strategic technical leadership across our consultancy services, ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and delivery for our public and private sector clients.
