Our Story

Founded in 2022, Concord Consult Limited was established with a clear vision: to deliver high-quality construction consultancy services built on integrity, technical excellence and long-term relationships. The business was founded in August 2022 by Andrew Reynolds, who brings 19 years’ industry experience, with a strong bias toward large-scale Industrial & Logistics (I&L) developments. Andrew’s experience across client-side and consultancy roles laid the commercial and strategic foundations for a business designed to operate differently — proactively, transparently and with absolute accountability.

Since inception, Concord Consult has grown steadily in both presence and capability, securing appointments through a number of DPS and framework arrangements while establishing trusted relationships across the public and private sectors. In 2025, the business evolved into a fully multi-disciplinary consultancy, integrating Compliance and MEP expertise alongside its established Project Management and Quantity Surveying services, creating a genuinely turn-key, integrated offer under one roof.

A key milestone in the company’s growth has been the strengthening of the leadership team, bringing together extensive experience across consultancy, contracting and technical compliance disciplines.

Tom Parr joined bringing 13 years’ industry experience, with a strong bias toward Industrial & Logistics developments. Previously with Winvic and MBA, Tom has delivered major warehouse, distribution and manufacturing schemes, significantly strengthening our in-house MEP compliance and technical oversight capability across complex building services environments.

The leadership team is further strengthened by Julian, who brings 35 years’ industry experience, with a strong Industrial & Logistics background having worked with TSL, ISG and Buckingham Group. His contractor-side perspective provides invaluable insight into programme management and project delivery across large-scale developments.

Together, the leadership team combines contractor insight, consultancy leadership and technical compliance expertise, enabling Concord Consult to deliver a uniquely integrated service across Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Employers Agent and MEP Compliance.
