Founded in 2022, Concord Consult Limited was established with a clear vision: to deliver high-quality construction consultancy services built on integrity, technical expertise and long-term relationships.
The business was founded in August 2022 by Andrew Reynolds, who brings 19 years’ industry experience, with a strong background in large-scale Industrial & Logistics developments. Andrew’s experience across client-side and consultancy roles provided the commercial and strategic foundations for a consultancy designed to operate differently — proactive, accountable and technically informed.
Since inception, Concord Consult has grown steadily in both scale and capability, establishing trusted relationships across the public and private sectors and developing a strong portfolio of complex Industrial & Logistics, mission-critical and existing-building projects.
In 2025, the business evolved into a fully multi-disciplinary consultancy, bringing dedicated MEP capability alongside its established Project Management and Quantity Surveying services. This allows Concord Consult to provide clients with an integrated service spanning Project Management, Quantity Surveying / Cost Management, Employer’s Agent and MEP services.
A key part of this evolution has been the strengthening of the leadership team through Tom Parr, who brings 13 years’ industry experience and a strong background in Industrial & Logistics and technically complex developments. Having previously worked with Winvic and MBA, Tom has delivered major warehouse, distribution and manufacturing projects and now leads Concord Consult’s growing MEP capability.
Together, Andrew and Tom combine commercial, project management and technical building-services expertise with extensive experience of delivering complex projects from both consultancy and contractor perspectives. This integrated approach enables Concord Consult to identify issues earlier, challenge design and delivery effectively, and provide clients with clear accountability across multiple disciplines.
