At early stage, we undertake feasibility studies, cost planning and viability modelling to ensure schemes are financially robust and aligned with funding and planning requirements. As projects move into procurement and delivery, we act as Project Manager, Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyor, administering NEC and JCT contracts with clear governance, transparent reporting and proactive risk management.

Our compliance oversight ensures that statutory requirements, building safety obligations and technical standards are embedded from design through to completion. We provide expert advice to registered providers, local authorities and developers, assisting them with the development of private, affordable and private rental residential schemes (PRS) and Build to Rent schemes (BTR) comprising high rise, traditional and modular construction.

Through our combined experience and expertise in this field we also have a very good understanding of funding streams and can work with our Clients to review what’s achievable in the confines of funding and look to maximise a developments value.

We have a vast experience working pre-contract in advising on viability around such developments, ensuring proposals are robust; as well managing the post-contract delivery of works in a Cost and Project Management capacity. We also work funder side in a monitoring capacity in this Sector.
